She set us up on multiple searches and every time we would find a house we were interested in, she was able to virtually show it to us within a day or two. She even had other people help show us houses when she wasn't available. She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice and insight into each home's location. She was aggressive when she needed to be but also understanding and patient with us which helped us out a ton. Since finding and closing on our house, she has continued to be of assistance since we are new to the area. I cannot recommend her highly enough. At the beginning of the process, I thought we were going to lose our minds because of the enormity of it, the current market, and the stress of moving across the country. "It is not often performance exceeds expectations and with Deb, my experience was just exceptional. Five stars! I originally selected Deb based on a desire to achieve top dollar in a development where some previous sellers had sold below market. Deb’s sale of a neighbor's property convinced me she could sell the property at a great price. I was looking to achieve a price that would include a comp that would be a stretch. We sold at full list in 5 days. When interviewing Deb, I focused on her view of how and why people buy real estate. I wanted to understand her ability to judge the emotions of the buyer and react accordingly during price negotiations. While other agents in the area highlighted sales results and team size as their value, they didn’t provide the “partnership/hands-on” feel that I desired. My goal was to avoid an agent who wanted to hook me (contract) and then push down the price. I didn’t have time to play games. As it relates to the foundational components Deb provided: 1. A market analysis that was spot-on and provided the ability to make an informed decision. 2. Solid advice on preparing for sale, which was honest, direct (needed), and measured. 3. Excellent staging which totally changed the look and feel of the home. 4. Marketing material that highlighted the practical and add-on features of the home. 5. I was downsizing, and the additional service provider relationships absolutely saved the day and minimized the sale and moving process. 6.
